pillows so far-

Ok, so here is my 12x16 corner pillows

But I didn't know what to do for piping. I thought maybe red to make the red in the flowers pop- so I did a tiny red piping. I don't know if it's the tiny piping, but the pillow ended up being kind of weird shaped, plumpy, but there's a smooth brand new pillow form inside? I don't get it. I wasn't sure about the red- so I have this green laying around, to give you an idea of what it would look like- and if I did the green, I would do a regular size piping, not the tiny.
WHAT TO DO?!!!!
Mike (I am shocked by this) suggested that we could paint our table and coffee tables red, to match the red piping, and make the red in the flowers stick out- we would try to mimic pottery barn, with a black stain over it, or whatever makes the black grains show through- our frames are the light blue- green hutch- green curtains- all black furniture and mirror..... I don't know- what do you think?

This is soooooooooo hard. I really like the idea of the red polka dots...and I also like the green. But I don't know if I like the first red. The pillows look really good by the way. I only wish that if you do end up doing the red- that you could've done them ALL in the red. Also- I am struggling to see the pin-tuck in the middle looking good. Only because the others aren't pintuck. I don't know. Just pin it and make sure it looks good before you do it. And I mean look good ON the couch. Sorry- I'm not much help. But..............I do think you should leave your furniture black, for now. And I think that I like the polka dot the best....but maybe only if you redo your other pillows like that:) heheehe. Not sure. Just do what's in your heart:) LOVE YOU!

I think the thicker piping will make it have more of a shape to it...And maybe if you sew a smaller seam allowance or something so that the pillow is looser. Hmmmmmmmmm I have no idea. This is so hard. I just feel like I need to see it in person..............ugh. You wanna come to idaho? Finish it here? ha. I think that the red will look good. You should just go with your gut and not care about who thinks what. That's what I do and no one asks questions when it's all done. You know? Good luck. I love you.

I LOVE the gathered stripe in the middle of your pillow. It's so cool. I would've never thought of doing that. Great idea. I love how Danielle commented 4 times!!! You know me, I have to talk to you at the same time I look at the pictures and ask questions. Love you.

What is Danielle talking about with the polkadots? She made me laugh. I actually really like the red piping. Brings something different and interesting to the mix of what you already have.
